I have ordered several items. Can I consolidate my order and pay one shipping fee?
Yes. Shipping fees are based on how much money you spend. For example you can spend up to $100.00 and pay only $10.45 for shipping. Some items however will require an additional charge due to the excessive weight (these items will be noted in the description).
Do I need an authorization for return or replacement?
Yes, contact us within 30 days of purchase to return an item. All non-defective items will have a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Are there any conditions applied to a return or refund?
Yes. Merchandise must be in its original package (as shipped). Broken inner packs are not returnable. Merchandise packaging and inner packs must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Clearance items are only returnable, if defective.
What should I do if my merchandise is damaged during shipping?
Contact us within 15 days of shipping and your claim will be processed immediately
My order has been lost. I need it now. Can't you just send a duplicate?
No. US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS, trucking firms will not accept any responsibility for lost shipments. We suggest you place and pay for a duplicate order. When the carrier validates your claim, we will credit your account or send a refund check at your request.
