Freight charges apply within the continental United States.  Orders outside the continental United States may incur additional charges.

Shipping Time: From the time you place your order to delivery is usually about  7 to 14 days in the continental United States. If items are backordered or if there are no unforeseen problems, delivery could take as much as 3 weeks.  Email us to check on your order if it is taking longer than you expect.

We regularly ship via:  US Postal Service (USPS).   UPS Ground is our default shipper in most cases.  We use DHL for rush orders.  If you have a preference as to shipping method, please let us know at the time you place your order.   All UPS shipments must have a physical street address, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  Note also that Rush delivery shipments cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Packaging: All products are shipped in plain brown boxes. Only the shipping label appears on the package with the mailing address and the return address of the shipper showing. Large orders may be sent out in more than one box. While we try to keep orders together, it is possible that orders shipped in multiple boxes may not arrive together.

Guarantee:  Every product you buy from us must be free of  defects or you may return it immediately for replacement.   When emailing please include your name, phone number, email address, and description of defective product.

Products measurements may not be exact.  Sizes shown are close approximations.   Photographs are of the products available at the time of printing.  Products may be updated, or models of equal or better value may be substituted.  Product depictions on packaging may vary slightly from the actual products because of updating, or because several models of a product are packaged in one style box.

Although our staff of proofreaders work diligently to ensure the accuracy of copy descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical, descriptive and photographic errors.  Orders based on incorrect information are subject to cancellation.
